Experience Exellence Academy

Experience Excellence Academy LGL are able to offer opportunities at all levels across the Group including work experience for school students (Project Trident), work placements for college students in their final year, or an individual’s first job as a Trainee or a new career completely.
Similarly, LGL offer career opportunities such as secondment and training & development programs across our jurisdictions.

Our people are encouraged to undertake Professional Qualifications as part of their own training and development journey as we know that investing in our people not only ensures our teams are filled with highly skilled people, but highlights our commitment to our employees progression.
The Academy tailors a training program and agreement that covers all costs while studying towards a professional qualification.
Mentoring and coaching is arranged to support and enhance an individuals’ skills, knowledge and work performance, in line with their studies and requirements to undertake Continual Professional Development.
